Rungruj Jinaruan, 37, was one of six tuk-tuk drivers who surrounded the car of a taxi driver working for the ride-hailing app ‘Grab’ at Chiang Mai airport. The tuk-tuk drivers pulled the taxi driver out of his car and Jinaruan threatened him with a stick.
