A video emerged showing the lead flight attendant on a Spirit Airlines flight, known only as Marrio, making multiple false statements during the pre-flight announcement. Marrio stated that passengers would be fined or arrested and placed on the no-fly list if they did not wear their face masks. He also stated that Spirit Airlines employees are government officials and if they are attacked passengers will face life imprisonment and be fined $250,000.
