Philip Mycock, 38, and his girlfriend Gemma Heap, 35, were charged with outraging public decency. The couple were accused of having drunken sex in their seats on a Thomas Cook flight from Manchester to Enfidha Airport, Tunisia, in July last year. They both denied the accusations.
