Hossam Menoufy Mahmoud Sallam has not been seen since the unscheduled landing of his flight in Luxor, Human Rights Watch says. The 29-year-old Egyptian national was traveling from Khartoum to Istanbul when the plane made an unscheduled landing at the Luxor International Airport. After all passengers were deplaned, security officers reportedly called Menoufy to checked his passport and travel documents. When a replacement plane left for Istanbul Menoufy was not onboard.
