Jeffrey Wilfred S. Dorsey, 56, was arrested for driving a small airplane towards a motorcycle class that took place near Apex Airpark. Dorsey was allegedly drunk, shouted expletives at the group and claimed that they were lowering the property values. He attempted to hit them twice. The instructor and class moved out of the way.
