Ralph Rodriguez Hernandez and his Rottweiler service dog were prevented from boarding a JetBlue flight to San Juan, Puerto Rico, after Hernandez became upset over the flight’s delay, started yelling that he didn’t have a bomb and dropped his pants. Hernandez had reportedly served the US Air Force for 16 years and retired with PTSD.
