Jennifer Lee Mackenzie, 35, was arrested for breaking into Red Bluff Municipal Airport, violating parole and tampering with a medical helicopter. Before the incident, Mackenzie was sleeping in a rental car intended for a passenger who was due to arrive to the airport.
