Reports emerged that Libyan security authorities found a leaflet in a coffee shop containing plans by ISIS to carry out terrorist attacks. The plans included bombing al-Zintan airport, headquarters of security directorates, police stations and other security and intelligence services. Additionally, the leaflet included assassination intent for security and military officials.
