Norman Joseph Lee, 38, scaled a fence at Reading Regional Airport and commandeered a Millenium Aviation snow plough, which had been left idling. Lee drove the plough into a restricted area in order to evade police, causing diversions and an incoming aircraft to make a last-minute manoeuvre to abort landing. Upon his arrest Lee became aggressive and was found to be intoxicated.
