Reports emerge that a passenger taking a selfie may have caused the crash of a Sydney seaplane, which killed six people on 31 December 2017. The Australian pilot, Gareth Morgan, 44, died in the incident and one of the possible scenarios revolves around a passenger at the front accidentally knocking out the pilot whilst attempting to take photographs of the river.
