Terminal 4 of Phoenix Airport was partially evacuated, the bomb squad called, 300 flights delayed or cancelled, and the operations of three out of four checkpoints halted for over four hours after a 29-year-old man abandoned a rental vehicle in a restricted area outside the terminal. The man was issued with a $52 fine and $75 towing fee.
