Jerry Sprott, 49, chief of security at Princess Juliana International Airport, accepted bribes of $10,000 (c. £8,000) between August 2018 to January 2019, to facilitate illegal transports of money through the airport. He was sentenced to 18 months in prison, ordered to pay the money back and banned from being a civil servant for four years.
