Timothy Manley, 59, allegedly punched a 21-year-old, deaf, pregnant woman, Hazel Ramirez, in the stomach. He also allegedly kicked her deaf fiancée, Matthew Silvay, 30, in the face and punched Silvay’s service dog, Zariel. Silvay confronted Manley, leading to an altercation, which continued inside the terminal at Orlando. Manley denied that he punched the dog, claiming he only pushed the animal away with his foot because his wife has a dog allergy.
