Samuel Rodriguez, a 39-year-old an airport employee, was arrested and charged with second-degree unlawful surveillance, after attempting to film what he later described as “pretty girls” in a public bathroom at LaGuardia Airport. A woman entered a one-stall unisex restroom after Rodriguez exited it; she then heard a beeping sound and spotted a mobile phone within the paper towel dispenser. The phone’s camera was allegedly angled to capture anyone using the toilet.
