Andrew Rene Hernandez, 22, was arrested for crashing his drone into a police helicopter in September. The helicopter was deployed to investigate a robbery at a pharmacy when Hernandez’s drone damaged the chopper’s nose, antenna, and cowling. Hernandez stated that he sent his drone into the sky to see what was going on. The helicopter was forced to make an emergency landing.
