Moisés Mamani, 50, a congressman in Peru, was accused of inappropriately touching a flight attendant on a LATAM Airlines flight from Juliaca to Lima in November 2018. The incident allegedly took place near the cockpit and the video footage from the airline was not able to capture that area. No witnesses have come forward to corroborate the attack.
