James Mcalary, a passenger on a Virgin Australia flight from Sydney to Samoa via Fiji, videoed baggage handlers throwing his backpack and other luggage carelessly onto the flight – which resulted in them breaking a pram and his backpack. Virgin Atlantic compensated Mcalary for the damage caused.
