A passenger on a Spirit Airlines flight lit up a cigarette in the cabin claiming to be unaware that it was against the law to do so. He had allegedly been restless on board. Another passenger filmed the incident. The man immediately agreed to extinguish the cigarette when spoken to by the crew who took his boarding card from him and handed it to the police on arrival in Minneapolis.
