Zia Ul Haq, 30, told fellow passengers during an Air India flight from Goa to Delhi that he was an officer of ‘Special Cell’ and claimed that terrorists were onboard. He was arrested at Dabolim International Airport and was later transferred to the Institute of Psychology and Human Behaviour.
