Transavia revealed that they had experienced a data security breach, affecting 80,000 passengers who had travelled with the airline between 21 January and 31 January 2015, excluding passengers who flew to Egypt, Lapland or the Canary Islands. The data was stored in an email inbox file. The data contained full names, dates of birth, luggage and airport requirements. It did not include information such as passport data, address or credit card information.
