A video capturing a man attacking a Southwest Airlines gate agent at Altanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson Intl. Airport went viral and an investigation was initiated into the incident. A passenger was reportedly being disorderly after being asked to get off of a flight. The investigation revealed the suspect, Courney Drummond, refused to comply with flight attendants as a plane taxied from the gate, he was deplaned and became belligerent, ultimately hitting the gate agent. Police arrested the man they say assaulted the gate agent shortly thereafter.
