Efren Dawson, 20, was arrested at St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport for allegedly punching a fellow passenger and uttering expletives. Their Allegiant Air flight to Virginia was cancelled, infuriating Dawson; the other pax told him to calm down and, when he didn’t, to “shut his black a*** up”. Dawson responded by punching the man in the face, prompting his arrest.
