Hundreds of protestors demonstrated at Los Angeles International Airport against LSG Sky Chefs and their subsidiary Gate Gourmet. Roads leading to the airport were closed as the protests disrupted traffic. The catering workers demanded higher wages and better healthcare benefits. Sixteen protestors were arrested.
