Sok Sokhorn, 40, Sovann Virak, 32, Run Ra, 37, Dul Sovann, 31, Rith Sarai, 29, and Eng Phai, 39, all baggage handlers at Siem Reap International Airport, were arrested for opening passengers’ luggage and stealing their belongings from 2017 to August 2019. They allegedly opened up to 100 bags and police found tools such as pen knives belonging to the men which were used to open the bags.
