Gabriel Schroeder, 38, a Delta Air Lines pilot, was sentenced for drinking before he was due to operate a flight from Minneapolis to San Diego in July 2019. Schroder was sentenced to 30 days monitoring by electronic tag and work release. He was also handed a 335-day jail sentence, suspended for two years, and ordered to complete alcohol treatment and return-to-work meetings with his employer.
