Joshua DeJesus, 20, allegedly stole a fuel truck at Oxnard Airport. A caller reported that DeJesus had jumped a fence onto the airport tarmac, climbed into a fuel track and then attempted to leave the airport; he did not possess the necessary key card to pass through the exit gate.
