Richard Spencer, a prominent US white supremacist, was barred from entering Europe and briefly detained in Iceland due to a Polish dictate that prevents Spencer from entering the Schengen area for five years. Spencer was travelling from Baltimore to speak at a conference in Sweden but returned to the US after being stopped in Keflavik.
