William Charles Pelletier, 36, threw a bag of pretzels at a fellow passenger and then sexually assaulted her by grabbing her breast on Delta Air Lines flight from Charlottesville to Atlanta in November 2017. Later in the year, whilst waiting trial, he was charged with illegally transporting weapons across state lines. He was jailed for two years for both crimes.
