Reports emerged that Haruhiko Shiraishi, 35, was not prosecuted for sexually assaulting a flight attendant on an aircraft at Haneda Airport in May this year. Shiraishi had admitted he committed the assault so the reason for the decision not to prosecute has not been revealed.
