Hundreds of activists from the German environmental activist group, Am Boden bleiben, dressed up as penguins and protested the opening of the Berlin Brandenburg Airport. Am Boden bleiben is a part of the Stay Grounded Network that aims to decrease air traffic. The group chose to dress as penguins as they are birds that do not fly.
