Mary Sue Phillips, 41, was arrested for failing to appear at court proceedings for allegations of attempting to steal an aircraft in November 2017. Phillips fingerprints were found on the aircraft abandoned on the runway of Beryl Junction Airport after it was damaged and her Ford Focus matched the tyre prints left on the runway. Philips has failed to appear in court three times since changing her plea to not guilty.
