Two people were arrested at O.R. Tambo International Airport on suspicion of theft. Deepa Kesa, a journalist for TimesLIVE, was sitting at the airport working on a report on the South African teams return after winning the Rugby World Cup when she was confronted by an armed thief who told her to hand over her belongings. She claimed a police officer stated that there had been around 40 robberies on that day.
