Hung Nguyen, 54, crashed his SUV through the fence at Reid-Hillview Airport, drove across two runways and into a parked Piper Comanche, which, in turn, crashed into a hangar, damaging another Piper Comanche and a Cherokee 6. Nguyen is suspected to have been driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
