9 NOVEMBER 2018: CLEARWATER, FLORIDA

Derrick Gilbert, 51, was removed from an Allegiant Airlines flight to North Carolina for being too intoxicated to fly. He then refused to leave the airport and reportedly attacked an Allegiant Airline employee and his adult son at St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport. He was later charged with one count of trespassing on property, one count of battery, and one count of domestic battery.
