A federal air marshal deployed on a Republic Airways flight from Newark to Minneapolis allegedly demanded a member of cabin crew show him the passenger manifest just prior to landing and showed her his gun, rather than his badge. The member of cabin crew, not realising there were any air marshals on board the flight, alerted the captain that there was a passenger with a firearm on board leading to the arrest of the air marshal upon landing.
