Aircalin has announced that it is deploying SITAONAIR’s cabin connectivity solutions to digitise its day-to-day cabin crew processes. The connected CrewTab solution – which will be deployed across Aircalin’s A330neo and A320neo aircraft – is a user-friendly tablet interface for cabin crew.
By digitising previously paper-based processes, CrewTab ensures information is accessible for cabin crews during preparation, inflight and immediately afterward. It reduces time spent filling in forms and delays from lost documents. By integrating with an airline’s air-ground IT systems, CrewTab synchronises processes, standardising data flow to make information analytics-ready and easy to assess. CrewTab also encourages customer service, by providing cabin crew with essential information regarding passengers’ individual needs and having the ability to anticipate any particular requirements.
