Malta International Airport and Nieuport Aviation, the owner and operator of the passenger terminal at Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport, have selected SITA’s Airport Management System (AMS). The AMS includes flight information display screens that communicate information to passengers, such as flight status and departure gate allocation, from the check-in hall through to the gates. The AMS has a centralised dashboard, which integrates several modules. The modules contain information on critical landside and airside operations, including resource management, scheduling, flight information, parking and billing. The modules are managed in an automated manner, contributing to higher levels of efficiency and minimising human error.
