Bruno Leingkon, Minister of Climate Change, is under investigation by the Vanuatu Civil Aviation Authority for his alleged drunken behaviour on a chartered flight from Pekoa International Airport. Leingkon is accused of being drunk on the flight and harassing a female pilot. The flight returned to Santo.
