Justin Riley Brafford, 29, caused a Southwest Airlines flight from Los Angeles to Dallas to divert to Albuquerque after he decided to play ‘footsie’ with a female passenger sitting next to him. Brafford admitted using methamphetamines the day before the flight and overdosing on heroin the previous Saturday.
