24 JUNE 2020: MANCHESTER, ENGLAND

Scott Hardman, 36, was sentenced to five months’ imprisonment, suspended for two years, and ordered to remain under a two-month curfew and complete 15 days of rehabilitation activity for his aggressive and threatening behaviour after he boarded a Jet2 flight from Manchester to Prague in February. Hardman, who was intoxicated, argued with a friend he was travelling with; the police arrived to escort Hardman off the flight, at which point he proceeded to punch and headbutt the aircraft’s door.
