UkSATSE Issues No-Fly Recommendation for Black Sea

Civil aviation airspace regulator in the Ukraine, UkSATSE, has issued a recommendation that airlines not fly over the Black Sea from February 14 to February 19. The airspace over the Ukraine remains open and available for flight planning, the agency says.

The decision to recommend this was in part in response to Russia declaring part of the airspace over the Black Sea a temporary danger zone due to military exercises planned on February 14-19.
